A few thank-you's

Before we go any further, I'd like to shout out some heartfelt thank-yous to those who helped us prepare for the World's in Cebu

in no particular order:

Guro Bobbe Edmonds - Bobbe has been a much larger component of our success than he will admit. From general advice to specific training tools that I was able to bastardize. A huge new factor this go around.

Senior Guru Mushtaq Ali -without whom none of this would have been possible. My unending gratitude and loyalty

Chuck Pippen - all the support and for opening his home

Mariah and Randy Moore - Great training partners and even better travel companions. What fun.

KP Bong Jornales - For all his prior training and for taking us under his wing on this trip and making it a truly marvelous experience. I am proud and thankful to still be considered part of his family.

Ian Robbins - for the mind games (yeah, they helped)

Cody Fielding - Cody's contributions cover the whole spectrum and were also a huge factor this go around.

Gary, Boun and the rest of the MMA class at Hamilton Karate. The MMA class was one of the main sources of Cole's conditioning and they were a huge source of support for us. They were more excited than we were.

My wife Roberta- without who absolutely none of this would have been possible. Too many reasons to list.

Chris Renfroe - superior student (and a highly skilled teacher in his own right) and unwavering supporter as well as training partner

Our two sponsors - who shall remain anonymous
